ONMAC is adding more age groups to help keep the event moving, they are: Under 5, 5 to 7, 8 to 10, 11 to 12, 13 to 14, 15 to 17, 18 to 35, 36+. Boys and Girls sparring divisions will split for competitors 13 and above.
JUST GET IN THERE AND DO IT!
